Out of my numerous sketches, I decided to take the challenge and go with my first one. I'm planning to build most of the structure with wire, mirror bits, and plastic. I want to attempt to create light tunnels in the middle of each box-like piece of the structure. Hopefully I will be able line these wired tunnels with the mirror bits to reflect the light in a more interesting manner. -- In regards to the few boxes on the top, I want them to be able to move or twist in a way that the amount of light and or light pattern will change when exiting the top of the structure.
